4. Detailed Information on Marketing Services Used

4.1 Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager is a system that allows us to manage various tracking codes and scripts on our website. Google Tag Manager itself does not set cookies and does not collect personal data. It merely facilitates the integration and management of our tags. Tags are small code segments that, among other things, serve to measure traffic and visitor behavior, track the impact of online advertising and social channels, or set up remarketing and audience targeting.

For more information about Google Tag Manager, please visit: https://www.google.com/analytics/tag-manager/use-policy/

4.2 Google Ads and Conversion Tracking

We use Google Ads to advertise our offerings in the Google advertising network. For measuring the success of our advertising campaigns, we use Google Conversion Tracking. Google Ads sets a cookie on your computer if you have reached our website through a Google ad.

These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If a user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.

Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked across websites of Google Ads customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive information that can be used to personally identify users.

For more information about Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking, please see Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

4.3 Meta (Facebook) Pixel

This website uses the Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) from Meta Platforms Inc. This tool allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertisements on Facebook/Instagram by tracking user actions on our website. Anonymized data is transmitted to Facebook servers, where it is processed.

The Facebook Pixel also allows Facebook to use visitors to our website as a target audience for advertisements (so-called remarketing). For this purpose, Facebook stores cookies on your device.

For more information about data processing by Meta, please refer to Meta's privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/
